The A-24 Hour Mobile Notary Public, Fingerprinting, and Live Scan Service was founded by owner and operator Judith Guthertz and her husband Robert Guthertz in Sacramento, California in 1990. The business quickly grew to include the entire State of California, making us one of the first statewide mobile notary public services.
The expansion continued as we added mobile notary public services for the entire State of Florida and nationwide mobile fingerprinting services. Over the years we have added many other services, including, loan signing, process serving, and corporate filing.
Eventually we began selling notary public supplies and fingerprinting supplies to our many partners and the general public. Robert Guthertz began performing notary training in 1991, which led to his classroom and at home California State approved 6 hour seminars.
The newest addition to our list of services is State of California certified, DOJ approved, digital fingerprinting, or electronic fingerprinting. We provide this service in our Sacramento, CA office, and as a mobile service throughout California.
